How can we help?
Intranet Suite's help system has been completely overhauled. Gone is the static bulk content that we used to ship with old versions. In is the new XML load-on-demand content that we serve from our dedicated help servers at convea.net. Content is always relevant, contextual and up-to-date.
Every module in Intranet Suite has a help option that's just a click away, even any dialog that is remotely "busy" will have a help button that you can click to learn exactly what it does. If you ever get lost in the content, just click the Synchronize TOC button and the Help module will syncronise the view content with its table of contents.
In future when we roll out our dedicated support center module, all of the services will be fully integrated- direct escalation to convea.net in the event of any problems, and direct feedback to your own support staff when required.

This module is part of the core Intranet Suite and does not need to be purchased seperately.
