Lets put it to a vote
How many times have you wondered what other people felt about a certain issue?
Do these buttons look right? What do you think of these product names? Does my bum look fat in this?
These are all questions most of us have pondered in our lifetimes, and with the Polls module you can now put it to the vote and get answers that matter from all of the people using Intranet Suite.
Creating a new poll is easy, simply enter a title and a brief description (optional), then add-in the response options that people can vote on. Once created you poll is open for voting and will automatically be published in the My Summary module so everyone gets to know about it instantly. You can chose to allow comments on the poll too, so as well as getting votes on the options, you can also solicit feedback on your poll: Those buttons look great, I voted yes...but, I would change that colour scheme.
When the time comes that you no longer want to receive any more votes, just edit the poll and close it down. It will still be visible but no more votes will be taken.
Just like News & Events, Marketplace and other key modules, the Polls module makes full use of our rich content editor and advanced list views.
